About this Apprenticeship
This Apprenticeship is ideal for organisations who have or require an in-house recruitment function, and are looking to upskill an existing employee or bring in new talent. The role of the Recruitment Resourcer is to identify, attract, and shortlist candidates for the recruitment process to fulfill the requirements of the business brief and provide resourcing support to the recruitment function.

Employer Information
Unless you already have an existing employee, our Business Engagement team will work with you to recruit an Apprentice to your business, advertising the vacancy, screening the candidates before placing them in a position as well as providing a dedicated account manager and personal 1:1 advice and guidance on apprenticeships.

What will this cost my Business?
Non-levy paying employers will need to contribute 5% of the maximum funding band as published by the Skills Funding Agency for the delivery of training and assessment for their apprenticeship. For this apprenticeship, the fee is £250.00. However, employers with less than 50 employees who are recruiting an apprentice aged 16-18 years old will not be required to pay the contribution fee (£250.00). Any associated cost to the individual will be made clear at the interview.

Entry requirements
Grade requirements: You will need four GCSEs at grades A*-C or 9-4, or equivalent.
Other requirements: It is essential to have Level 1 English and maths and desirable to have Level 2 English and maths.

Assessment methods
Assessment will take place at the end of the programme and will comprise of an apprentice showcase
(Knowledge Test, a Portfolio-based Interview, and a Project Presentation).

Level 2 Certificate in Recruitment Resourcing
• Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Recruitment Resourcing

This apprenticeship will typically take between 12 months to complete.

Further study: On successful completion, you could progress on to the Level 3 Higher Apprenticeship Recruitment Consultant or HR Support.
