The process:
We identify your needs.
We work with you to understand the role(s) you are recruiting for, creating a job description, eligibility criteria, and prospective salary etc.
We help you search for apprentices.
In our funded Traineeships and Apprenticeships programme, we offer a flexible approach towards learning, focusing on learners’ needs such as a variety of teaching activities and resources. Our training is also focused to be able to let our apprentices excel in a work environment.
We also help you understand the Apprenticeship Levy and how to use it within your business.
