CUSTOMER SERVICE level 2

This apprenticeship framework aims to provide employers in the public and private sectors with a workforce that has high levels of customer service skills. By developing the knowledge and competencies required, customer service apprentices will be able to contribute to improved customer service delivery and increased customer satisfaction in the public.

DIGITAL MARKETER level 3

A digital marketer’s role is to outline, plan, build and implement marketing promotions through a wide range of media sources to capture customer purchases, commitment and retention. They will have directions to help them perform their duties and will usually report to a digital marketing manager or a marketing manager.

SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT TECHNICIAN Level 3

This role typically works as part of a software development team, to builds simple software components to be used by other members of the team as part of larger software development projects. They will interpret simple design requirements for discrete components of the project under supervision.

This Apprenticeship will support the development of the skills and knowledge required to build, repair, and maintain computer systems. The qualification covers a range of topics including IT hardware and equipment, installing and upgrading software, and researching new technologies.

This role provides support to internal and external customers, helping them to be productive when using technology, by using tools to problem solve. The Infrastructure Technician sets people up on systems and provides support when they need it.
