ADULT CARE WORKER level 2
This course is for someone who provides frontline care for vulnerable adults. Our apprentices will demonstrate a range of excellent skills as helping adults with care and support needs to live and help them to have control in their lives.

Lead adult care workers have responsibility for providing supervision, leadership, guidance, and direction for others and working autonomously exercising judgment and accountability.

This apprenticeship is aimed at managers in health and social care. The Leader in Adult Care will guide and inspire teams to make positive differences to someone’s life when they are faced with physical, practical, social, emotional, psychological or intellectual challenges.
Course FactsheetHEALTHCARE SUPPORT WORKER level 2
This is a level 2 apprenticeship and the learner work as part of a team providing high quality care to individuals. They will carry out well-defined routine clinical duties such as monitoring an individual’s conditions and checking on their overall progress.
